NEW PHENOM 100EX, PRICE REMAINS THE SAME

Phenom 100EX private jet

In anticipation of the NBAA-BACE 2023 exhibition, Brazilian manufacturer Embraer unveiled an updated version of the Phenom 100 business jet. The new Phenom 100EX offers superior cabin comfort, operational versatility, and enhanced safety thanks to pilot-oriented avionics, providing an unparalleled flying experience.

The updated light twin-engine jet embodies Embraer's design DNA, including sleek high-tech upper panels, a new seat design, a wider use of more environmentally friendly materials, and wall-adjacent tables. Additionally, a previously optional fifth seat, facing sideways in the direction of flight, and a lavatory seat with a seatbelt have now become standard features in the new aircraft, according to the manufacturer's press release.

Embraer has completely revamped the cabin of its business jet, added more cabin safety systems, and reduced interior weight by 90 kg while maintaining the list price at $4.995 million.

Furthermore, the pilot's seat now has additional guides to increase legroom and facilitate boarding and exit from the left seat. In addition to the Garmin G3000 avionics, the Phenom 100EX has been equipped with the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS), making it the first light aircraft with such a system. Other avionics updates include the Garmin FlightStream 510 wireless gateway, automatic 3D volumetric weather radar with lightning and hail prediction, stabilized approach and wind shear prediction. Additionally, Flight Stream 510 on board the Phenom 100EX now allows the pilot to connect their portable devices to the aircraft, significantly saving time. Pilots can also download data from the aircraft, enabling thorough and timely analysis.
