BOMBARDIER PRIORITIES IN DEVELOPMENT

At the moment, in terms of priorities, the most attention is focused on the Learjet 85 project. According to the manufacturer, it is likely that the project will be relegated to the background, as the Global 7000 and Global 8000 projects are entering the final stage. In addition to Global, the C-Series project will also enter the final stage in the near future.

All of them require large human resources and the company is trying to realistically assess its capabilities to minimize the likelihood of missed deadlines.

The Global 7000 deliveries are expected to begin in 2016, and the first Global 8000 flights will start in 2017. Learjet 85 was planned to be commissioned back in 2013, but there were problems with the composite materials used, from which it was planned to make the fuselage and wings. At the moment, flight tests of Learjet 85 are ongoing, but nothing is known about their progress and results.
