AEROTRANS ON SALE

The Moscow Property Department is making another attempt to privatize its share in OAO TsPDU GA Aerotrans. The company is engaged in providing off-schedule flights. 

A year and a half ago, the value of the asset was one and a half times lower, the Property Department explains the increase in value by inflation.

The company's activities are aimed at ensuring the execution of flights on private jets, letter flights and cargo flights, both in Russia and internationally. The CPCU interacts on these issues with various aviation authorities, as well as ground airport services. The Central Control Center serves about 350,000 requests per year. 

A stake in the amount of 37.48% is put up for sale, the value of which is 341.7 million rubles. Two years ago, the same package was priced at 221 million rubles. Then the auction did not take place due to the absence of participants.
