100 CITATION LONGITUDE

Textron Aviation has announced the delivery of the one hundredth flagship business jet, the Cessna Citation Longitude. It is expected to be delivered to the customer by the end of this year.
"The Citation Longitude has redefined its category with best-in-class features, efficiency, and unparalleled cabin comfort," said Ron Draper, President and CEO of Textron Aviation. "This milestone would not have been possible without the owners and operators who love flying on our aircraft or without the exceptional staff who design, build, and service this remarkable airplane."

The Citation Longitude received its FAA certification in September 2019, and shortly after, Textron Aviation began deliveries to customers.

Powered by Honeywell HTF7700L engines, the Citation Longitude has a maximum cruise speed of 882 km/h and a range of 6482 km, with a maximum passenger capacity of 12. The aircraft has a significant advantage in takeoff and landing at high-altitude airports, as it only requires 1494 meters and 1036 meters for takeoff and landing, respectively. The cockpit is equipped with the Garmin G5000 system with liquid crystal displays.

With a flat floor design, the cabin's height is 1.83 meters, making the business jet very comfortable for tall individuals. The seats and interior are upholstered with high-quality fabrics and leather. The cabin seats are equipped with a special touchscreen that allows passengers to control the lighting above their seats. Additionally, all passengers can connect to the Cessna Clarity multimedia system, based on Android and iOS, to independently adjust the cabin's temperature, lighting, and window shades if desired.
