Private jet Embraer Praetor 500 is a new model presented in 2018. In mid 2019 type certificates of FAA (USA) and EASA (Europe) were granted. Praetor 500 is based on well-known private jet Legacy 450. Key differences are additional fuel tanks, new wing shape and new Honeywell HTF7500E engines.

Passenger cabin differs in design and functionality. New executive seats were developed by Embraer for Praetor model. Individual seats have a lot of different adjustments and settings. All interior elements were re-worked. Side panels shape is changed providing more space in passenger cabin.

Praetor 500 and 600 series are equipped with Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion avionics set. To increase situation awareness as special option transparent project displays can be installed. Combined synthetic and enhanced vision picture is shown on these displays showing hidden by bad weather conditions or light terrain. This put flight safety at higher level.
