TEST FLIGHTS OF SECOND FALCON 8X

Dassault Aviation, a French private jet manufacturer, started flight tests of its second Falcon 8X on March 30, 2015. The aircraft was first checked in the air as usual for flight control systems and engines, and then climbed to altitude of 13 km and cruised at a speed of Mach 0.8.

The Falcon 8X will be the longest-range aircraft in the family of the French private jet manufacturer. Its maximum range is 11,945 km at a cruise speed of 980 km / h, and it can be in the air for up to 14 hours.
