Recently, the Mi-171 VIP helicopter received a type certificate, which was solemnly presented at MAKS. 

The Mi-171 helicopter is manufactured at the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, the interior of the cockpit is installed by the AeroTaxi-Service company, which specializes in making VIP interiors for Russian helicopters.
