DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATE AVIATION IN NIGNY NOVGOROD

The Investment Council of OJSC NNIA (OJSC Nizhny Novgorod International Airport, Strigino) is going to invest more than 27 billion rubles in the development of the airport. Additional zones of the cargo and passenger terminal, a railway station, a control tower, a hotel and a shopping center will be built on 6 sections. 

The planned facilities also include a hangar and a special apron for servicing of private jets. 

The main problem in the implementation of the project will be the solution of the issue of the rights of third parties to the territory and the resettlement of the private sector. The city authorities are trying to help the investor by offering residents to relocate to more distant and quieter areas from the airport.
